Comfortable room, helpful staff, with the location being superb for exploring since everything was within walking distance and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast to start my day right.

However, the parking situation was problematic. promised spaces were unavailable, and the unhelpful attitude from the staff upon request for assistance was frustrating. Additionally, there were no refund options offered after this issue.

The stay was fantastic! The staff were wonderfully friendly and went out of their way to ensure our family felt welcome. Our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and impeccably clean. We loved the modern decor. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Academy of Music, which made it easy for us to enjoy a family outing to a show, especially with two small kids in tow.

My wife says that parking was stressful with tired kids in tow. It would be great if valet service was offered for families to ease unloading and loading luggage.
